Knights well represented at 2026 Metro High School Hockey League All-Star Game!
The Metro High School All-Star Hockey Game went down this past weekend, and the Millwood Knights were proudly represented by four standout athletes: Easton Graves, Joel Verge, Ryder Scallion, and Jackson Stoddart. All four earned the honour of starting the game and taking the opening puck drop.
After falling behind 4–1, the Dark Team dug in and battled back. Stoddart was rock solid on the blue line alongside Graves, shutting down lanes and limiting scoring chances. Scallion put in the hard work, drawing defenders before dishing a beauty pass to a West Bedford teammate for the tap-in goal. Verge followed up with a highlight-reel top-shelf snipe to tie the game at 4–4.
Overtime was fast and furious, with chances at both ends, but it was Graves’ relentless forecheck that sealed the deal—springing a breakaway and roofing it over the blocker for the game-winning goal.
Huge congratulations to all the players, and especially to our Millwood Knights, who represented their school with skill, heart, and pride. Well done, gentlemen!
